Because many Vanda Cove products are made to order, production can begin soon after checkout.
Cancellation requests
Email support@vandacove.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. We will try to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
Order changes
Requests to change the product, size, quantity, personalization, or shipping address must also be made within 2 hours. Once production or fulfillment has started, changes may not be possible.
After production begins
Made-to-order items cannot normally be cancelled for change of mind after production begins. If an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for checking the delivery address before checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee rerouting or replacement when an incorrect address was submitted.
Approved cancellations
If we approve a cancellation, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.
