These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Vanda Cove, operated by VANDAGEAR GROUP LLC (“Vanda Cove,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website or place an order. You may use our services only for lawful purposes and may not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

2. Store platform

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services. Payment and certain customer information may be processed by Shopify and other third-party service providers under their own terms and privacy practices.

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors, print placement, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, materials, sizing, manufacturing, and print processes. We may update product descriptions, prices, availability, or other information without notice.

4. Made-to-order products

Many products are produced after an order is placed. Please review all options, size information, colors, personalization details, and delivery estimates before ordering. Made-to-order products are subject to the cancellation, return, exchange, and refund limitations described in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, product availability, fraud review, and any quantity limits. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing or product errors, availability issues, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

6. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, duties, and fees are calculated or disclosed where available. International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other charges imposed by their country. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers.

7. Shipping and delivery

8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Order changes, cancellations, returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Do not send items to our registered business address without written authorization.

9. Intellectual property

Website content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, product images, photographs, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to VANDAGEAR GROUP LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit this content without written permission.

Our aggregate liability for a claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
